1. Service Agreement
All NDCI services require a signed Service Level Agreement (SLA) including:
- Project Scope: Clearly defined deliverables and timelines
- Pricing: As per quoted amount in INR (₹) plus applicable GST
- Term: Minimum 3-month commitment for digital marketing services
2. Payments & Refunds

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all provided content (logos, text, images).
NDCI Creations
We retain rights to all code, frameworks, and methodologies until full payment.
License: Upon full payment, client receives unlimited license for delivered work.
4. Prohibited Activities
Black-hat SEO
Including but not limited to keyword stuffing, cloaking, link schemes
Copyright Violation
Using unlicensed images, plagiarized content, or trademarked material
Spam Practices
Bulk emailing, fake reviews, or bot-generated traffic

6. Limitation of Liability
NDCI's maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service causing the claim. We are not liable for:
- Third-party service disruptions (Google/Facebook algorithm changes)
- Client-provided inaccurate information
- Acts beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, govt. actions)
7. Governing Law & Disputes
Jurisdiction
